You need to be more specific, I see a perfectly normal high AU 1970S Large Date Lincoln Cent.

is it Machine Doubling or a true doubled die. Also, if this is Machine Doubling wouldn't only the date and mint mark have the doubling or would the rest of the coin have it too?

Machine doubling.It can affect the entire coin or a single letter.Your coin has MD on the date and mint mark,the "T" in "LIBERTY", the "N" in "IN" and the "R","S",AND "T" in "TRUST"
