They are a lot less common than regular bills because they're printed in smaller quantities. Report this Post to the Staff

GR58 Bedrock of the Community United States 11951 Posts	Posted 07/06/2012 6:53 pm I agree the star notes are used to replaced damaged notes .. but also The way I read it .. star notes are used for every 100,000,000 so you will not see a note with the serial number 00000000. Sometimes a run will go through the 99999999 number so they will replace the 00000000 mnumber with a star note. Report this Post to the Staff
