Post what you think about it. I'm thinking about buying it, but it is on the pricey side. Let us know if it's worth it..

It will pay for itself on one good find from it usually, the new set is pretty nice, while there are some errors in the pricing on some coins, it's still a great reference set.

Oddly enough that is true of many books. I usually or used to buy coin books at coin shows but the Walmart Book site is getting really just as cheap.

Is there a similar book for Canadian coins?

I have a decent "Canadian Coin Digest", published by Krause Publications,(numismaster.com) which is OK for general use and history, but it is certainly missing a lot of varieties and shows no "errors" to speak of.

Example: Only shows 2 of the 6 varieties for the 2006 Canadian penny, therefor the mintage numbers are likely off too.

I have been making my own list from google etc, but I would buy a book if one existed.

Thanks.

I'd love to see a book like that too. Anyone?
