New RPM? Check out the extra thickness in the upper serrif and the rest of the mint mark. Looks a little like 1983D-1MM-002 but my coin doesn't have any of the markers

Does not have the notching like the 002. I see a normal coin.

How is it a normal coin when the top serif is different then the bottom, they are both supposed to be the same.

Die wear? I have had 1984 cents with the reverse letters being close to twice as thick as they are supposed to be. If that is an RPM I have thrown back hundreds of them... Just my thoughts
