As a bit of perspective, I have sold/sent many coins to Australia from the US. A well-packed bubble mailer with one or two coins costs me around $3.

Quote: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES are determined by final auction price. All items under $29 in value will be sent REGULAR AIRMAIL for $5.00 All items from $30 to $100 in value will be sent REGISTERED AIRMAIL for $20.00 The policy as stated is clear as crystal--I would have contested the $20 shipping--ridiculous! They should be added under "discourage sellers".

Yep, the guy owes you $15, plain and simple.
Note that he did recently change his tiers though. About a week ago, a $27 purchase would have cost $20 in international shipping. Regardless, he should communicate and honor the terms listed in the auction you won. I hope you get your $15 back.

There is absolutely no way whatever that this seller is going to come out of this "Clean" I doubt that I will ever see that coin But I WILL get my money back and this seller will get the worst possible feed back that I can think of. I have also reported the seller to ebay. It is less than $50 but there is a principle at stake here. I WILL nail this doodler

Neg, neg, neg I don't tolerate crap anymore. I must be getting old and cranky. My last neg started with "excessive postage" But if you haven't seen the coin at all -- harsher words would be used Here are a few I have used RIPPED ME OFF!!! took my money and hasn't sent item DONT DEAL WITH!!! misleading and deceptive ebayer dont waste your time with this seller !. Heres a wonderful selection to chose from >> http://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBay...=AllFeedbackThis guy is a consistent tool too. http://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBay...negative_365File a PayPal claim as soon as you can, it can take a while to countdown before you get your funds back. And if you want a full refund do "not received". Don't do not as described they just time waste.
