I can read IOANNES D.G. R. UNGAR. I suppose this coin has been struck in the name of king John I of Hungary. Wikipedia page : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_I_of_Hungary

For king John this design, with Mary and Child on one side and St Ladislaus on the other, was only used on gold coins I believe. The gold coin is usually known as a "ducat" or "dukat". This one on CoinArchives is the same type but dated 1540 and sold for 500 euros; I don't think the actual date on the coin makes any difference to the price of gold coins from this time period.
