jlawson93 New Member United States 22 Posts	Posted 08/12/2012 10:27 am I have a fascination with older coins. I don't have many, and I know many of you have me beaten by miles when it comes to age and quality of older coins. My coins aren't SUPER old and some aren't in great quality, but I love them just the same I have a coin that's badly beaten up, and the date APPEARED to be 1864(I got really excited). After doing research online it turned out to be 1964 haha! I also had a question about the 1889 Morgan silver dollar. Is there any way to safely remove that dark discoloration from the coin? I was just curious! It's such a beautiful coin! I'd love to see pictures of your beautiful old coins! Report this Post to the Staff
