dave700x Rest in Peace United States 10625 Posts	Posted 08/13/2012 2:19 pm Unfortunately, that is not a TPG holder. It's a basement grading job done by the seller. There are several sellers on ebay that do this and it adds no value to a coin. ~~Usually~~ always the coin is no where near the grade on the holder. Next time retract your bid. You will learn to see what the real color and original chart wheel mint luster looks like. You will also learn the high points of a coin so that you can spot mild wear.
