@rekun
There are different ways to accept credit cards.
We don't want to store buyers data on our server (with all risks and security issues that this implies) and we use a credit card GATEWAY (third part servers, in our case IwBank). For us it is like receiving a paypal payment, we don't know your card data, we can't postpone the date when it will be charged.
The only way is not to buy the coin, keep it in your cart, and wait until it becomes available. After that just pull the trigger and pay.

Beside that, even if we could charge at shipment date, for a seller to sell as pre-order (usually at more interesting price) is to cash money in advance for the running business. So the sooner the payment is available the better. But these are selling choices.

Thanks.

found out that to most of the cancellation customers we didn't even ask this cancellation fees for the sharks. Probably we didn't even charge this 5% to you either, so all this is a little bit an overreaction.

So now you're inferring that I lied . You not only charged me, but of course I had to pay foreign transaction fees twice on my CC.

There are over 3,000 users reading your mean, untue, hateful comments. You are showing what lengths you will go to. I hope that those who don't post but read these comments will think twice about dealing with a a person that treats customers this way, and then infers you are a liar. You are the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't take a coin from you if you hand delivered it for free. You are a disgrace. I demand that you apologize immediately for inferring I lied.

Attacks are not permitted, Neil. All of your posts thus far have been aggressive and argumentative when Powercoin has responded very civilly and patiently to your comments, in spite of the fact that you are posting in a rude manner. I am going to finish reading this topic and I sincerely hope that I do not see any more rude and unwarranted attacks from you. ~ Forum Mom

@Neil
until you don't want to tell me who you are (I don't have any customer with "Neil" nickname) I don't know who I am talking to, what we charged you etc.
I would like to remind you that you accepted our terms of sales, you clicked on a check box otherwise you could not proceed with the order, so to make it short
just don't take back what you accepted when you bought from us.
Beside that, please don't be so angry, there are 3000 forum readers and if you keep offending me while I am trying to understand! If I can't have an adult and positive discussion with you I will not answer your post anymore.
Thanks.

P.S. I never called you a liar. I said that from my records I don't have many customers I charged the cancellation fees of 5%. I said "PROBABLY" didn't charge this to you, but if you tell me who you are I can tell you for sure what happen with you.

Of course you won't answer my posts, because you can't refute the truth. You have libeled me in front of thousands of people. Your foreign residence is not a hindrance to my pursuing a libel suit, as you do business in the US. Thus you are subject to the laws of the United States. I am a lawyer, I am demanding you apologize immediately.

Actually, Neil, you attacked this man's business practices in a very rude, immature manner. In spite of this, the responses you are receiving are very professional and patient. ~ Forum Mom

To Powercoin:

One of the Mongolian Hedgehogs orders was mine.
I doesn't care when exactly you charged my CC.
I got this beautiful coin for a normal price and happy with it.

The transaction was smooth, nothing bad to say.

Thanks again.

Waiting to see for the 4-th coin.
(if people want, I can make a picture of the coin (Hedgehog), may be they will be interested in the next issue).

@Jupitermoon
Thanks for sharing your positive experience with us. So far we win 5-1 (just kidding).
The 4th issue will be amazing (though the design is not definitive yet), and presented at Berlin World Money Fair by begin of February 2013.
The whole Mongolian series is amazing!
Antonello.

Neil, if I offended you in any way was not my intention, and I deeply and sincerely apologize. Please don't bring us to court for that...
Thanks.

Neil, you need to relax. Powercoin has done nothing whatsoever mean or hateful. He's stating facts and you don't like them. You have pushed the line here many times in the last months and the Staff is growing weary. Read what you write before you hit submit.

Enough with this. You're demonstrating the exact behavior which makes the Canadian forums the most labor-intensive part of Coin Community.

I ordered 3 coins from Powercoin. I cannot judge as IU didn't receive them yet. According to what I have heard, Powercoin has a good standing reputation, and I don't see any reasons for complaining.

One thing I cannot understand is people criticizing something they didn't deal with, as for example criticizing Powercoin without ever buying anything from them :)

@Powercoin, I had my share of frustration with the White Shark coin, but it is more towards the New Zealand mint, not with your establishment. I have subsequently made another order with you and it went very smoothly. As for the White Shark coin, it's a lesson learned for me not to fall for New Zealand mint's sales pitch any more in the future. They're in the business of pitching to everyone something they can't deliver, simple as that.

Thanks for making the effort to try to clarify this for everyone! Still waiting for the Shark coin and I have all the patience in this world if they can make it right.

While I am certainly not privy to everything that you guys see, after participating on other forums (e.g., Coin Talk), I find this statement somewhat hard to believe. My impression is that there is a pretty decent and civil crowd north of the border. Maybe it has something to do with our 5% beer...
