Normal 1970S large date - AND - a cleaned coin which would have a very negatively affected value if it were something special.

In 1970 small date the top of the "0" in date is aligned with the top line of the "7".

Here are 2 photos of small date 1970s penny. Note the "0" is not above the plain of the top of the "7". Also the "ERT" in Liberty is weak.
