Hey guys just need some help with this coin, dont know if its fake or not , I will let the pro's help me with that. Does anyone know what it is?

Also it weights 4.48g and has a diameter of 19mm.

Hi Mairo,

My knowledge of Greek coins is limited, but I would say this may be a cast fake imitating a silver shekel from Carthage.

Hopefully the experts will be along soon enough to give a more definitive answer.
