You indicated that spaces are represented in the code. Are punctuation marks also included in the code?

The first number is binary, the second is base 3. Are we to conclude that there is a number base greater than 3 that is significant. If so, is it base 16 (hexadecimal)?

Weeds are characters that are discarded. Are there any extraneous characters?

Is the base we should care about octal?

Is the first line backwards?

I'm no expert when it comes to anything other than base 10, but does the "base" climb by one with each word? I.E., first word, base 2 (binary), second word = base 3, 3rd word = base 4, etc?

I asked earlier:

"Is the coding sequence based on a progression from Base 2 (binary) to Base 8 (octal) to Base 16 (hexidecimal)?"

and his reply was:

"Nope, we're not on a date to go through different bases!"

So slav has stepped up to plate
And tsarmarko in line.
Could Matthew next be ... oh don't hate!
He has a code so fine.

So try to solve
Slav's code do try.
And next, tsarmarko's pain.
If I may try, next time it comes,
A code to fill the game.

Dear friends don't worry,
Mines not as hard.
You'll just be in a fury,
If you play the wrong card.

And when agony ends,
All that's left will be true.
And remember my friends,
The old red, white and blue.

P.s. take this message as you will. It has many meanings ;)

So cool, tsarmrko, you play the game,
With grace, and style and such
That your opinions and such are worthy
of careful study.
No rhyme, say I , but just a word,
I thank you for your post.
And IF I may say
Your words be true,
Well, I cannot offer better words
Except to say:
Nah. no better words.
