Yo, yo! Here we go!

Larsdog has inspired me to come up with another code.

Same stuff applies:

This is a quote by an American, though not all may know this individual.

Feel free to ask questions concerning the encryption method, the quoter, the historical timing of the quote, or any information you may find useful.

I will give hints periodically, (if needed!!)

You must have 50 quality posts in order to win this contest.

You may guess as many times as you wish, but the winning guesser must have the complete quote and the quoter in his/her answer.

The winning answer must not only have the quote correctly decoded, but also include in his/her answer the quoter's name and the method of encryption explained. (I.E., random guesses, even if the quote/quoter are identifed will not win...)

The prize is 2 Eisenhower dollars, a 1971 D and a 1978 (to help round out the plethora of Ikes Larsdog has given away!!) They're Very Nice!!

Here you go:

8 4 J 2 1 M 7 6 M 6 Y 8 4 P 4 2 G 4 Z W 1 J 4 A 6 H 2 1 F 5 I 1 1 X 2 1 1 T 6 4 1 L 4 4 T 1 J 2 3 2 D 8 3 9 K 6 2 5 K 4 1 4 Y 1 4 1 6 1 L 2 2 1 6 U 1 3 F 1 8 3 1 4 D 1 4 6 F 2 4 Y 1 6 4 2 G 5 8

Buena suerte mis Amigos!!

I'm impressed. It must have taken for ever to get everything to color correctly. Very tedious.

Are all of the colors significant?

There are 14 words.

One color does not signify one word.

It was a bit tedious. It got easier as I went along. (The things I do for you all!!)

The colors are significant. Note: I only used 4 colors. In alphabetical order they are: blue, green, purple and red. No one color is more important than any other.

The colors are significant. For example: 7 does not equal 7.

Unknown, however, if I had to guess, I would guess the quote occurred within the last 10 years.

papatony - Not an idiot because all I see is colorful letters and numbers. But once the code is broken I go "ahhhh, so that's how they did it"
