The base is pi = 3.14 etc. and the other base is the three kings with an alphabet made from facial hair?

Not the message I tried to convey. I personally would be troubled to produce an example of a number base 3.14 etc.

A:

I asked earlier:

"Is the coding sequence based on a progression from Base 2 (binary) to Base 8 (octal) to Base 16 (hexidecimal)?"

and his reply was:

"Nope, we're not on a date to go through different bases!"

I was trying to figure out how that was going to happen!

Is part of hint 1 binary?

Yes, sir!

Hmmm... apparently, we're traversing into a binary zone that allows 2's...

I like it!

I think the "zone that allows 2's" is the other part, the one which is not binary.

A binary quantity doesn't have to be of 0's and 1's, a binary outcome allowing 2's is not a big deal.

Boy - Girl
Heads - Tails
2 - 5
...

The possibilities are limitless.

C-3-4-K-0 ... top

4-4-E-K-F ... bottom

C4344EKK0F ... original order

The hints suggest an alternate order of some kind:
up, down and left, right etc.

The reference to Pi might simply mean that if you split the line into two groups
you'll find that solving the puzzle is as easy as pie.
Note that the binary reference suggests up and down.

Now, the tiles: Something like scrabble tiles?
NOW, Hint #2 makes double sense: a hair clip and beards.

The official clues do show consistency.
But I think that "base" is misleading everyone.

I didn't want to be too straightforward; that's why it's a "hint", not the "directions". If a hint is too confusing, I guess, one should just ignore it for now. I'll see if I can "better" the base hints later on.

Hint # 2.1 & Hint # 3.1 As explicitly as I can.

Yes, dear solvers, UNZIP the original code apart.
Follow the arrows.

Oh NO, svslav, do not try to be straightforward.
That would only reduce the headaches that these codes inflict.
