Although those bars look professionally made it amazes me that people would buy one anywhere near melt. It's almost impossible to sell sterling for melt to anyone other than an individual & there is no guarantee it's even 925. Assuming it's made from sterling flatware and/or jewelry I'd bet an assay would come back between 87-91% silver.
