Interesting coins Brandmeister Apparently coinstar had an issue when I was at work, and all these coins were in the reject slot and the person whom I didn't see used the machine and didn't care about these rejects Total pulled: $19.19 in the reject slot of free money, and four cents were on top of the machine... Nothing special in the change except for a 1958-D nickel, and no silver or foreign this time...

I usually do not find anything in the two Coinstar machines in my area. But yesterday I found a non-silver quarter, dime, and zinc cent. They were not in the reject tray but instead were on top by the dump handle on the left side. As I almost never find anything it was like finding treasure! +36 cents lol.

Last night I had my first-ever coin-machine find of a half dollar. And it's a 40% silver one! It was accompanied by an old but spendable nickel (1960-D). BTW, I've only ever found one other half dollar anywhere: a bicentennial one found in a grocery store parking lot.

Great find, SquareCircle! Yesterday in my local supermarket I made my first Coinstar find for ages, but it wasn't very exciting - a 1999 French 1 eurocent!

Well, coinstar today was quite loaded, I dare say Only quarters, totaled $35.50, but nothing special date wise, was filling up the reject box down below... This is so far my second largest ever haul from a coinstar machine...
