The reverse side looks normal, but the face side looks like it's off center.

That's a misaligned die. Not really worth anything.

I think this is the result of a misaligned die. Off-center strikes have have both sides of the coins aligned but not centered on the planchet.

Dimes like yours are common and not worth a premium. The coins that are worth a bit are the ones where some of the design of the coin is actually missing and the more the better.

I have some like yours that I keep. I think it would be fun to put together a little set of them if I can get one from each year for a decade -- maybe.

This is an error ... but a very common mis-aligned die strike.

Fun to keep if you wish as a curiosity ... but not worth any numismatic premium.

when the coins are missing details because it is so far off center is when you start getting into the coins with a premium. The ones that are very close to the rim and almost running off the edge may be worth a small premium (I don't know as I am not an error collector) but I do know when they are missing details they definitely carry a premium
