Now it seems that the mint is doing the same thing with the king George gold coins that were recently released. Originally they said they would ship on Dec. 28/12 and now it seems people are getting word that they will not ship until mid to late January. That clearly have not learned their lesson from this penny set fiasco.
I hate waiting!!

I just got a confirmation of shipping from JandM. I should have my set by the end of the coming week!! :) I was really lucky to place an order with jandm a day after the set sold out at RCM |

It'll be interest to see if there's a price drop once people received their sets. Especially after the holiday season.

Got a call from PO this morning to pick up the Penny Set.
Quite surprise because last month they told me could not place an order and it was sold out.
But anyway so happy to get one extra set. :)

There is a light at the end of the tunnel!
They are a spectacular set of 5 silver coins and total worth the wait for those of you who still havent received them!

I just talked to the ottawa boutique (as my brother-in-law work in Ottawa and I was hoping he could pick my up a set), but when I called they said it was a glitch and they have NO STOCK...not LOW STOCK?!
