As they say in real estate....location,location,location (of the FG). But it also has to do with experience...and finding 5 of the RDV-006's to study them closely in hand helps too.
All but the Canadian look like damaged/corroded/normal coins to me. The Canadian coin looks like it might be a "Ramstrike" but that is only a guess based on what the "Ramstrike" cent I have looks like.
