I ransacked my sis coins and found this. what grade for this? still a newbie for error coin.

I'm not familiar with Thai coins or their alphabet, but I think it's a doubled die.

It is definitely a Double Die. Now as to its grade I would have to know what coin it is and some time to do a little research on it.
