no Blakesley - but coins with just a rim clip don't always show it.

I suspect if there is no Blakesley effect, the reason for it is that the clip is very small.

Looks like a genuine if very small, clip to me.

Everything looks right. The die flow in the 1 is also a good sign. It's a genuine clip.

I am no expert for sure, but tell me why if this is a real clip, the number 1 in 2001 is flattened, not as big as it should be...Could it be PMD...?

The flattened 1 is probably one of the easiest ways to tell that this piece is genuine. The metal, instead of flowing upward on a complete planchet, is spreading outward to where there is an absence of metal, like on this coin.
