I dont know what's wrong with the penny but part of the surface kinda is shaped like the surface of a gold nugget or something. The other side opposite is blank and slick. Interesting coin. Probably worth thousands...

Looks to me to have been run over by something rather heavy on concrete, the reverse (flatter side) was up....obverse towards the concrete....the bumps are just a negative impression on the concretes texture
