Dear Friends I feel this might be a US-Mint Error.
I don't see any mishandling marks front or back or on the edges..
There are a lot of very very Shallow Scratches like geometrical lines..

Appreciate your Expert Views.
I hope this one is a Winner
Has anyone else found these type of Errors?
In the last image down below I can almost make out a second Eye...

God Bless,
Beck,
Lincoln Penny Treausre Hunter
PS:I tried to get the full image up but my pic are bit heavy pixels. If you need more pic please let me know.

Sorry, it is PMD or Post Mint Damage. Interesting damage, though.

Looks like splashes of solder or something on the surface.

Looks to me like a person who is disgruntled with America and intentionally defaced the coins mottos

The designers initials on the reverse look like it might have a DDR, but on the obverse someone had just scraped all the lettering off the coin exposing the zinc underneath.
