atchisonbj Valued Member United States 293 Posts	Posted 07/28/2013 11:26 am I have never heard of them --- if it's not PCGS, NGC, or ANACS as far as I'm concerned it is a "RAW" Coin. Now some people like ICG but I can say that in the Midwest, Oklahoma, and Texas that their coins don't command much if any premium over raw unless #1 the coin is rare as a date #2 or scarce to rare as a variety or #3 it is just a "WOW" coin due to the toning. Even then in the cases of #1 and #3 it will still sell at a discount to the other three and usally at a discount for #2. Report this Post to the Staff

Rare Coin Grading Service even used this simplicity as a selling point, pointing out that "cracking out" your coins to put them in a album could be accomplished with just a pair of scissors.
