I have never heard of them --- if it's not PCGS, NGC, or ANACS as far as I'm concerned it is a "RAW" Coin. Now some people like ICG but I can say that in the Midwest, Oklahoma, and Texas that their coins don't command much if any premium over raw unless #1 the coin is rare as a date #2 or scarce to rare as a variety or #3 it is just a "WOW" coin due to the toning. Even then in the cases of #1 and #3 it will still sell at a discount to the other three and usally at a discount for #2.

These are still available

Maybe they just repackaged themselves to get away from the Negative Feedbacks

Don't everyone go running out to get one of these...the rush could slow down the internet

The GSA Slabbed coins have grades a little high, but they are good looking coins and all of the MS68 coins came back from PCGS as MS 66 or MS 67
I bought 12 and sent in.

Try this one, RCGS Rare Coin Grading Service

RCGS

And people though NCCA was odd. This has the be the simplest "grading service" out there. Why spend money on a slab shell? Put your coin in a Three Cent 2X2 along with a label and run both of them through a laminating machine. Rare Coin Grading Service even used this simplicity as a selling point, pointing out that "cracking out" your coins to put them in a album could be accomplished with just a pair of scissors.

This is as bad as an article in the Onion.

Just bought 2014-W Kennedy 50th Reverse Proof at a great price, probably from the same place. Someone rated it PR70DCAM.
The coin is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.
Like someone else said, "Buy the coin, not the holder."
