Prices has gone up slightly with the higher end Mercury below 1934, some have gone up 45+% according to PCGS price chart.

I think you did real well, as in today standard, that should be at least in a 65 holder.

That was graded a while ago. Forget sending it to CAC. Why don't you send it to PCGS to get it regraded. With today's standards, you'll almost certainly get MS-65 FB, maybe MS-66 FB if you get really lucky. Price bump would be a lot more than either CAC sticker.

Not if it gets a gold sticker. I collect Mercs in Rattlers and OGH slabs, so I'd never crack out a Rattler/OGH Merc.

Here's an old picture, I've got more now...

This shows how much the grading standards have changed. That 23 is a great coin!

Many coins in rattlers are a grade lower than what PCGS would give them now. This would totally go "PCGS MS65FB" nowadays, but I can't blame you for keeping it in the rattler slab .

CAC gold for "MS-64", oh heck yes!

Thanks guys. Yeah, I'll have to pull my slabs and pick a dozen or so to send to CAC with the help of a dealer. Unfortunately, I don't know any collectors that would let me piggyback my coins on one of their CAC submissions.
