Hello...Ok I just got 10 rolls of 2012 uncirculated shieldpennies from the bank by accident.I searched through 4 rolls so far and the only thing I found is this.Does this look like Machine Doubling?
Thank you

This looks like Machine Doubling (push doubling, Strike Doubling, so many names so little time) flat, shelf like doubling, always a good indicator of MD. MD is collectible if it is an extreme example but still not worth a premium. Most collectors don't even keep the extreme examples. There are some doubled varieties in 2012, I thought it was limited to the "Liberty" and "Date" but being so new in circulation we may start finding even more examples. Lets see a close up of the Liberty and Date.

Monika look up pictures of abrasion doubling. Some of the pictures have doubling above and below the letter. Keep those posts coming.

monika,
Looking at your last pic I now do not think it's a plating issue, unfortunately I still do not know what it is but I find it kinda cool. I hope a pro or two chimes in soon

Monika, the picture of TES looks like it has doubling above and below each letter which looks very suspiciously like abrasion doubling. Maybe it's the glare from the light?
