Hello All,

Just a quick question, I just came across this quarter in my change today and noticed a ring around the middle of the coin. Is this an error of sort or nothing at all? Again I am new and appreciate the forums vast knowledge.

You will also notice this type of markings on older coins.Its whaatt hey called meter damage from parking meters...
