Moe, I hope you don't mind me chiming in here. Just to suggest to others the thoughts I would have based on their observations.
Based on Moe's answer to tzarmarko's question, it is safe to say that each colour/number/letter can be used to decode a letter in the quote.
ECS - There are only a couple 1 letter words that I can think of, and only a handful of two letter words... at least that are commonly used. Take guesses at what they could be, and look for patterns.

Quote: Moe, I hope you don't mind me chiming in here. Just to suggest to others the thoughts I would have based on their observations. Not at all. Help all you like. You are the master at solving! (I also would be interested in your thought process when you approach a code).

Can two different combinations equal the same letter?
I.E. Can W1 and Y1 be the same letter.

tzarmarko - based on the three one letter words all being encoded differently, and there only being two one letter words that could realistically be in this quote, the pigeonhole principle says yes

What is the reasoning behind the words in the quote being separated into strands with a maximum of 4 words per strand?
Equals V?

Quote: What is the reasoning behind the words in the quote being separated into strands with a maximum of 4 words per strand? I'm sorry I don't understand your question. This might help: The separation of the words when I posted them did not seem separated, so I color-coded the separate words to allow you all to see when one word stopped and the next one started. That's it. The colors are just for word separation, and for your benefit.

Quote: Equals V? Yep! And since you asked, Official Hint # 4: V, H, B & N are the types of letters in this code.
