Anyway, here's one culled from the melt tub recently just for chuckles. There is some rubbery stuff stuck to the obverse that acetone won't affect. In hand you can -almost- read '187-'. I would call this one "crappy -02" It was plucked from a register among the dimes. The silver disc is larger than contemporary silver dimes and shows 10 on the bottom and the faint lines of the eagles shield. It was a bust dime. As I have no other bust dimes it is proudly displayed in my 7070, (a possible upgraded needed here). Report this Post to the Staff
