I have had, and in some cases, still own valuable and / or historic coins. Been there, done that.
These days, I can be equally satisfied with an interesting coin, bought for a couple of bucks or so.

If I won a lottery, I would almost certainly give it all to my kids. They have mortgages to pay, I don't.

I have always been able to distinguish between 'needs' and 'wants'. That is why I don't really have any financial 'needs' anymore.

So I collect low budget coins that have high interest value instead.
