Small Dollar Roll Searching

I was planning to go to my bank today and get more small dollars to search and spend. They called early this morning and the person that ordered the coins from their supplier made a mistake on their order from. Instead of ordering 2000 dollar coins (their minimum order quantity), they ordered cents instead. I hope for their sake is was 2000 cents, not $2000 in cents.

That would be a lot of cents. If it was me, I would be excited. It would be difficult to carry that many cents though. I would get some friends to help me carry them. Also dumping the searched cents would be a challenge. It could possibly be cool to get a bunch of cents. The chances of finding an IHC or a bunch of wheat cents is very high with that amount of cents. Good luck on the coins that you get (I hope that you find some cool coins).

I picked up dollar coins Thursday. The person ordering had ordered $2000 in cents by mistake, but their driver saw the error and called to confirm.
Did they mean to order 8 boxes of cents ($200) instead of 80 boxes cents ($2000)? Luckily they were able to cancel that order. Very glad for them.

Picked up 2000 dollar coins:
284 SBA $
681 SAC $ (2 impaired proofs)
1034 Pre $ (1 impaired proof)

Those mathematically inclined will see that's only 1999 coins.
Seems the bank's supplier makes mistakes too, but I am not going to worry about 1 dollar.

Dollars and halves, let's see what we find

Not a whole lot, 1971-D No FG half and two SBA wide rims. I'm happy with the results. Whenever a No FG pops up, it's a good day

Out of five dollar coins I bought from a bank, one of them was a 2016-D Reagan dollar. This is the first time I've found a 2016 Presidential dollar in circulation.
