I have a wooden box that has a label on it that says "America's Rarest coins".

Trying to get some more info on them. Limited strikes for 30 days.

They are 2 oz .999 silver, some are plated with 24k gold. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to find a value on them, besides just the silver weight value.

Thanks

well just silver weight it should be around $1500. 24 2 oz coins, I have seen just one of the coins sell for $83 on ebay (it actually ended today)

not sure, but the certificate of authenticity said limited to 30 striking days, but did not have a mint name or were it was made. I can take a picture of that card and add it on here when I get home.

Thanks

to CCF!

Without a mint name or where it was made, how do you even know they are truly 2oz silver rounds?

Most of the big companies are proud of their products and put their names or symbols somewhere on the coins themselves, or at least their packaging. Look closely for hallmarks, including on the edges.

Even if they are .999 silver, the silver price would be the baseline price, with any additional collectible value being negligible.

The more information you can provide, the better:
Where did you get them?
How much did they cost?
How long have you had them?
What are the size and weight of the coins?
etc.
