I saw that coin and there are aspects of it I like, Like the crisper lines of the
date and fonts, but the discoloration is a little freaky.
The main thing is that I prefer to buy a raw coin. Some probably think I'm oh... what's a nice word for stupid..
but I feel like the diagnostics are strong enough to get a good raw coin in this date.
Also I believe the only way I can get a "deal" is to buy raw. It would only get cracked out anyway.
The owner of a local B&M, and president of the area coin club has stated the same; If your careful
an 1877 IHC can be bought raw. He seldom gets them in and they fly of the shelf when he does.

This is one key date that if you know the diagnostics, you should be fine
