Looks to me like the reverse ink is seen on the obverse the E in one and the O in one also

I found this one a while back that has a good amount of transfer especially in the writing above The United States of America at the top, but it isn't really anything that would make it anything other than a curiosity. This is actually common and I see it a lot searching notes.
