Ancientnoob Pillar of the Community United States 5155 Posts	Posted 09/06/2013 12:15 am FR - I use a Sony Cybershot. I reduce or increase the exposure as needed. Its kind of a "vacation camera." But there's an easy way to bring out shadow detail, with a program like Photoshop (or equivalent) For instance, in Photoshop's "Levels", all you do is slide the highlight pointer to the beginning of the tonal curve (red arrow)--it's that easy.
