In fact get rid of that hit on the cheek and I would vote MS65. As for full steps on this coin; imho that is an individual judgement call. Those bag marks would bother some. I've looked through so many nickels, and only a small fraction of them come even close to a strong strike (in my opinion), and the oldest of these finds are those from the 60's.
