Have been examining plenty of 1797s online, and haven't seen anyone with this much stem so far.

there isn't a "10 leaf-1 bud" variety, is there?

How much of a leaf does it have to be to qualify for the 11th leaf? I got 11 stems, that should count for something, right?

I think you have perhaps confused where to look for the "Leafs" here Epikur, The varieties are determined by the "Leafs" on the wreath on George III head, not the Olive Branch being held by britannia, looking at the photo of the penny in the Spink 2013 book, your olive branch is normal.
