Ukee Valued Member Canada 81 Posts	Posted 01/17/2013 2:57 pm ICCS has the 2012 population report as: a total of 17 in Mint Sate condition, which is pricey and a whopping 289 in PL condition, still pricey. How is this possible that most of the Low relief coins are grading to PL condition? Seems weird to me. Anybody know anything on this? Report this Post to the Staff
