So, I bought this lot of 5 coins for $7. There is a 1864 Two Cent and a 28 Merc and some modern coins. The Merc is just silver weight, but what grade would you put the Two Cent at?

It appears that I'm slowly building the ugliest 7070 collection ever...

I'm counting a 12 cent discount with the dime and two pennies that are my little rebate. I've never had a Two Cent before, so I'm pretty excited about this one arriving. I figure I actually paid $5 for it since the Merc is about $2 in silver.

LOL, what's with the 1980 and 1987 Lincolns and 2000 dime? Still not bad for $11.88.

Only way to top that deal would be a sm. motto! The '64 is one of the more historic coins in U.S. history.
Not only was it required to counteract the hoarding of coin associated w/the civil war, but the 1st coin to display "IN GOD WE TRUST" Nice pick-up.

I think the Two Cent Piece is large motto, VG details. I would soak it in distilled water and Verdi-care it.

Chest, I'm in the UK and bought it on the UK ebay. Some of their bundles include other random"foreign"coins just to entice the collectors over here.

I do believe that it is a large motto, but I was hoping when I first glanced at it.
