Not a problem! I was at a "Gentlemen's Club" many years ago in Texas where they didn't allow cash tips but sold paper script to the patrons. I'm not sure what the benefit was to the club or the employees, but a similar arrangement could be made if you don't want to pony up a $5.
My favorite memory was 20 years ago in Canada. A friend and I wanted to go to all the places mentioned in the Motley Crue song Girls, Girls, Girls. Obviously, Crazy Horse in Paris, France was the biggest challenge, but another venue outside the U.S. is the Marble Arch in Vancouver, British Columbia. We stopped by there on a trip to ski Whistler/Blackcomb. The best part was that when we walked in, the hockey game was on TV. During intermission some girls got up to dance, but when the game came back on, they left the stage and didn't return until the next intermission. You have to admire the priorities!
