He chose to purchase quite a few NCM items and it is a pity he ever linked up with them. They market the heck out of their offerings and often include "free" display boxes for the junk they peddle. They are numismatic snake oil salesmen looking for rubes to buy their garbage. They sell "pretty" collections for astonishing amounts even to this day, e.g., their so-called CC Morgan "tribute" proof collection. Over $250 for a display with less than a third of an ounce of silver. . . Caveat Emptor ! " Even a clock that's stopped is right twice a day. " Report this Post to the Staff
