I remember the tv episode of Silver Spoons when I was kid about a 3-legged Buffalo nickel. Now decades later as a collector I have one of my own. The label would most likely say "Cleaned, VF Details" without the specific numeric grade. If it's going into your Indian head nickel set why bother sending it in to get slabbed since it clearly is an authentic piece.
