May 17, 1776 emission Continental Currency 2/3 dollar. Close-up of the first appearance of Ben Franklin's great Fugio rebus design (months before appearing on the Continental Currency dollar coin, and 11 years before the Fugio copper). The blue lines are silk threads, and the white spots are reflections from flakes of mica, both incorporated in the paper as anti-counterfeiting measures. The dots in the corners around the sundial each stand for 16.6667 cents; the 1/6 dollar has one dot, the 1/3 dollar has two, and the 1/2 dollar has three:

My AVATAR is my Quadstruck 2003D LMC.
To date, this is the only multi-struck 2003 Cent I have seen, and was lucky enough to purchase it from someone having access to errors found in a counting house in 2003.
