Never bought from them, but if you are intrigued about the coins, they look like low grade common dates that are probably worth no more than silver value.
As for the coin they picture is 1886 in VG/F for $47.50 I bought a 1886 in MS condition last summer at an estate auction for $31
Intrigued by the site? The coins are not intriguing. Certainly would not pay 47 bucks for that 1886. No eye appeal IMO and not in great shape. AU coin at best. 32 bucks max.
Etsy is for vintage and handmade items. I'm a little surprised they allow coins . . . although it is rather amusing to see a Roman Constantine coin listed as "vintage."
Anyway, from what I see here it looks like many coins--not just from this seller--are overpriced. Search to your heart's content, but keep one hand on your pocketbook lest a pickpocket get it.
I would pass on this myself. I saw some today at a pawn shop in better shape for $39.95 and I am sure that price was negotiable. They are also listing the sale as "Pre 1900" so you could be getting anything.
