Wil, yes, the color difference is remarkable. I can spot them pretty easily, you can see the difference fairly easily in the picture as well.

Almost done uploading, it's about 12 minutes long, so it's quite a big file. :)

Best box ever. Ignore the banter between me and my fiancee, who had just gotten home from work, or her shoving one of our cats into the camera frame, lol.

Final tally of 1 Walker (I was incorrect in the video, it does not fill a roll, it fills a hole in my album, it's a '27-S.), 2 franklins, 8 '64's, and 112 40%ers, including the 40% bicentennial.

20.54oz of silver worth $645.66 at melt right now.

Here's a pic of what came out of the box;

And everything else I found today, which totaled out to 11 other boxes, with 5 Franklins (more of those polished ones, too), 11 '64's, and 25 40%. Net of 27 90% and 137 40%. Really nice day, a cherry on top of what was a very, very good week.

40% silver bicentennial.

I pull proofs with the same speed... you just get used to it. Muscle memory and a learned eye for silver/proofs. I do a lot of boxes, lol. Did you see the one I pulled out of the bag and took a closer look at? I thought I had missed a proof, but that was actually just a very nice '71-D. Unfortunately, someone had taken a sharpie to the dudes ear. If you'll notice, I don't mark the coins. I'm a purist... I just happen to search a lot of volume. This was actually slow for me, I can record a regular box sometime, I can get most boxes done in 7 minutes or so if I'm focusing.

Nice score for sure.

I miss those gardas wrappers around here, ever since they switched to the new black and white rolls finds have dwindled. Every once in a while I get a box with some of those old wrappers mixed in, and they are always good.

Awesome that you can go through them so fast. Does your bank roll them for you?

I have yet to purchase my first $500 box of halves from my local bank, but will be doing so next week. I spoke to one of the tellers the other day and she said that they have one guy that has been doing this for a while and they charge $4 something for the box. Does anyone else have to pay for the box...besides paying the $500 (obviously)?

Thanks for the help!
