It is amazing how many unchecked rolls of wheats have indian, silver dimes, war tokens, or even gold on the ends. back in the day people must have made money just getting the dimes out of the penny rolls that the fed messed up.

Sometimes you might get lucky and find something good you'll have a better chance roll searching from bank rolls

We discussed this recently, and I was equally "amazed" at how many rolls "accidentally" had non-cents put on the ends. https://goccf.com/t/140328

Lol I wouldn't waste my money on those its all eye candy cause you only see what's on top and the garbage in the middle is not worth showing cause it probably won't sell.

its really hard to believe people dont check the rolls theyre selling on ebay. I think its just a scam, like they put the most valued penny on the end so you can see it but the rest is most likely not worth anything. i was looking at ebay last night its surprising how much people bid on these "unchecked" rolls. I also saw a 1909 penny go for 3.50 plus 2$ shipping. the penny was so beat up and not worth anything more than 1.60. but people will go crazy on there.
