Btw, I've bought my Ausie Aurora coin. It's quite nice and only the Aurora part is glow in the dark. It's part of the continuing Antarctica Coin Series. I paid $90 shipped on ebay (Acquacoins in Tacoma, WA). I'm happy with the service and price.... they may have a few left if anyone interested.

Yep, it's kinda like that.... my problem is my light is not 'high intensity' so only the yellowish part is glowing the most.

I will do the picture of mine coin and post it tomorrow.

In general - yes, this is the coin. But when I "charged" the coin, it glow with lower intensity, so I could see the stars on the night sky.

What I don't like in this:
Not realistic picture of the man. This is silhouette of the teenager, and not of the adult. The legs and the arms - they look strange. I haven't been to there, but I remember how the people in the "The Thing" (by Carpenter)look like in the similar environment.

The coin is interesting, as the first GITD by Perth Mint, and it is silver coin, half painted - half silver crafted, but they could do more with "aurora" theme.
