Add education administration to that list too. We are constantly bombarded for more and more money for "the children" I would not mind if our money was actually going to the teachers and classrooms, but we have layer upon layer of school administration sucking up funds before it even gets to the teachers and students. Our local paper once had a story about a new school being built. No students yet; no teachers yet; but by golly there were 3 administrators on board already.
