IMO
AG will hit lower $14
--------------------
Is there any (negative) correlation between AG and a stronger dollar?

Hey Domain, I think the real story here was the non-PM one, man, after like a 3 month range, we got a resolution on oil and it was down, what a break lower.
From hitting yearly highs to going range bound since roughly decemember and now breaking the range lower means we are going to see lower oil prices ahead.
pretty interesting break today on oil.

Yesterday was a good time to buy, just like 2 weeks ago was a good time to sell.
I rarely sell right on a peak. And yesterday is probably not the bottom, but it is on a downward trend.
Sheer luck. And the guy selling yesterday was spot with no markup.

Gosh, I have to sell my oil wells! I keep digging tunnel into Ft. Knox. Who has any idea where gold and silver prices will be in two weeks?

Coming days are going to be interesting for gold and silver, more selling and those yearly lows are going to be very close for gold. Silver could be not too far behind either if this selling continues.
one thing to note is IF gold breaks down with heavy selling tomorrow, there is a possibility it carries into Monday.
I have no crystal ball nor any positioning, havent touched any gold and silver since my trade in miners which was last year so I could care less what happens going forward with gold and silver, tho a drop into a downtrend, if that happened would cut back on my collecting.

Hope the Silver Fix hasn't started up again. I think that group messed with the market for yrs, It supposedly ended in 2014. Anyways. I would not be surprised at sub 14 silver. I haven't bought in yrs and would love too.

I was buying silver in 2003-4 when it was going for about $7.50 to $8 an ounce spot price. I used to go to auctions and just bid the spot price based on number of ounces of a piece of silver. I usually won these contests. I remember buying a Tiffany silver tray and selling and getting burned. I wanted to flip the items and that is where I made a mistake. I should have just stored them until the next bull market in PM's which happened in 2011. Nobody saw that coming coupled with 2007-9 financial collapse in housing and in the stock market. I wish I had seen it coming and realized that even PM's are long term trades and not short term flips or trades. I was indirectly in antique business for a little while. I did lose money overall but had fun losing it.

Manipulation?
I don't get it.
Last time I remember a "corner on silver" was back with the Hunt Brothers ~~ about 1980?
Anyway they got their head(s) on a block
If anyone thinks there is a way to fix or manipulate AG ~~ AU ~~ PMs~~ please share
Thank you.

I don't know of any way to manipulate these markets. I do think the way to make money is to buy when prices are at low point and keep buying until we have another bull market like 2011 and then sell it all and buy stock. You need time in the market, and not try to time the markets. Everything is a market in our capitalist economy. You can be an investor or a speculator. The investors win long term and speculators usually lose their money in my experience having been both at one time. I still like gold and silver. It has hypnotic effect on me like Scrooge McDuck. If you want to make money in PM's buy $500 a month of silver or gold and keep buying. This is just my budget.

@terry I was surprised how much I got for an cheap ebay sterling spoon I had mangled in the garbage disposal. Over time sterling flatware prices went up and the below-cost bargains went away. Flatware is discounted well below coin by metals brokers too...especially hollowware knives and candlesticks.
