Ulpius Cornelius Laelianus (his full name is known from an early coin) was probably governor of Germania Superior or commander of Legion XXII Primigenia. Believing Postumus would be occupied fighting Claudius Gothicus, he assumed the purple, establishing his capital and mint at Moguntiacum (Mainz, Germany). Laelianus was wrong; Postumus soon attacked and Laelianus perished.

RIC 9 Laelianus Antoninianus. Mainz mint. IMP C LAELIANVS AVG, radiate & cuirassed bust right / VICTORIA AVG, Victory advancing right, holding wreath & palm. Cohen 4.

Some awesome and supremely rare coins coming out here! You must have splashed out a lot for these.

Are you trying to get 1 of every ruler by any chance? Id love to see a picture of your collection - you could open a museum around it!

I too am looking for an Allectus, one which almost fit the bill went on ebay the other day quite reasonably... there are examples on Vcoins at the moment too but nothing that is good enough to my eye. (My preference is for a Galley reverse and one which is neither beaten up or overly expensive)

Anyway, I had never heard of this guy till you showed him... thanks for the info :)
